I’m a mental health therapist in Bismarck, ND. I’ve been a helper for as long as I can remember, officially in the human services field for 14 years, and a therapist for 6. In addition to being an LCSW, I’ve attended the Midwest Gender Identity Summit and completed the Intersex and Transgender Patient Care conference at Mayo clinic. I’m also a nationally certified trauma therapist and am trained in domestic violence treatment, grief & loss treatment, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), and treating military members and their families.
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. It is my hope that someday mental health will be treated like physical health, and anyone can go in for a check-up or a few sessions if we aren’t feeling our best. Every person is worthy and valuable and deserves to feel better, and if I can help with that, wonderful.
