
Kelley (they/them) is Two-Spirit (TGD) and a member of the Choctaw Tribe and also Seminole and Cherokee. Chahta “Alikchi” is the Choctaw word for healer. Kelley believes most folx have the tools to heal themselves. Therapy is a collaborative process, the therapist and the participant together create a plan with clear goals and objectives. This process assists in setting obtainable goals to reduce symptoms, improve emotional regulation, and develop coping skills, all to enhance the person’s overall quality of life and self-awareness.
Kelley’s personal and professional experience with special populations & cultural/ethnic diversity; traumatic events including child abuse, sexual abuse, intimate partner abuse. Folx who are exploring their gender and sexual identity, historic loss, career development well, intimacy, spirituality, addictions, and grief and loss.
Therapeutic services based on emerging knowledge, best practices, w/emphasis on prevention, intervention & supports that impact relationships, behavioral health & spiritual well-being & inclusion of special populations & cultural/ethnic diversity.
