I am an agender, queer physical therapist specializing in pelvic health and chronic pain. I have specific experience treating patietns with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (including those with POTS, MCAS, and dysautonomia), chronic headache and migraine, post abdominal surgery, pregnancy and post partum, fibromyalgia, urinary and fecal incontinence, and pelvic pain in all genders including pain with sex. I am very interested in working with more patients post top surgery, as I believe there should be more follow up care for those patients.
I have over 10 years of professional experience in advanced manual therapy and functional neuromuscular training and am dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care. I graduated from Marquette University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and kicked off my career in a large, hospital-associated outpatient setting. After taking a course through Herman and Wallace in 2012, I began treating patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, advancing to roles within several private practice clinics and treating a wide variety of patient clientele.
I am committed to continuing education and have taken courses through the Institute of Physical Art, Barral Institute and Herman & Wallace. I use a blend of these philosophies and techniques in my treatment approach — rooted in a core belief that physical therapy should also consider emotional, psychological, and cultural realities. In 2021, I also expanded my professional background to include full spectrum, intersectional birth work training, enabling them to better serve pregnant and postpartum clients.
