My sole focus is the care of humans. With this foundation in mind, I hope to support those that choose to work with me with my complete attention and intention. Our time together will be full of humanity and the reflection of its role in our worlds. I believe in the power of Self, and the importance of working through our challenges in order to celebrate our successes.
I identify as Human first, then a cisgendered heterosexual woman. I find myself feeling so connected and in awe of the LGBTQ+ Community as it stands for so much positivity, including love your authentic Self, love who you choose to love, and gather together in celebration of this journey of Self discovery. It can be difficult to be human sometimes and to have such an affirming community message inspires me to share in the affirming approach to individual and community health!
