I’m Kristin Evans, RN, MSN, FNP-c, Pn1, a primary care nurse practitioner committed to providing inclusive and affirming healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community. As an openly queer individual, I understand the unique challenges our community faces.

I offer comprehensive primary and preventative care as well as gender-affirming hormone therapy. My approach is patient-centered and collaborative, ensuring that we make healthcare decisions and plans together. Creating a safe and welcoming space where patients feel heard and valued is my top priority.

My professional background includes a Master of Science in Nursing and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with additional training in nutrition coaching. I am dedicated to continuous learning and advocacy for LGBTQ+ health equity.
