Dr. Lauren Gresham (they/she) is a naturopathic physician as well as Certified Community Health Educator practicing in the greater Seattle area. Dr. Gresham’s main treatment emphasis is serving patients with whom the standards of care are not working well and who want a more individualized protocol (hormone pellets, bicalutamide, compounded products, etc). Ever since leading up the GSA during their high school years, Dr. Lauren has been passionate about broadcasting queer voices and narratives. Dr. Gresham did work with GLSEN as part of her Masters of Public Health program, helping queer youth develop and expand their leadership skills. Dr. Gresham has spoken at a variety of conferences, including the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Queer I am conference and the GLSEN AllyWeek summit. Dr. Gresham has sought out additional training through the WPATH and Swedish hospital. Dr. Gresham also specializes in sexual medicine and dysfunction and has done a variety of training programs with the International Society for Women’s Sexual Health, The American Association of Sexuality Counselors, Educators and Therapists, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the University of Michigan’s Sexuality Counselor certificate program. On a personal level, Dr. Gresham is proudly raising their kids gender neutral with a vision that someday, parents and caregivers will not project a ton of gender stereotypes onto little humans and instead, allow them to explore all the choices and determine what fits best for them.
