Canterbury Vision is an inclusive safe place. I have family and staff members who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. I know how important it is for patients to feel safe. I attended a meeting of PRIDE OD which included training about specific ocular medical considerations for LGBTQ+ individuals as well as guidance on how to foster a considerate welcoming environment.
