I am an experienced psychologist with a background in trauma therapy and major mental illness, but now focus on issues related to identity and functioning in the world. I like working with LGBTQ people, including asexual, aromantic, kinky, poly, and other orientations. I am comfortable working with the whole gender spectrum, and have helped a small number of people through transition to confirm their gender. I like working with people who are on the autism spectrum, and I am comfortable and competent with people from a wide range of religious backgrounds. I only see individual adults; I don’t have training to work with kids or families, or couples +. I also like working with young adults and people dealing with major life transitions of all kinds. As part of this work, I naturally deal with people who have anxiety, depression, grief, panic, relationship and work issues, and I also have a specialty in grief related to pet loss.
I am lesbian, cis-female, pronouns she, her, hers. Please check out my full website for information about hours, location, and how to tell whether I might be the right person for you. Contact me through e-mail for quickest response! I have a small practice and am often full, but spots open up regularly, so you may be able to get one.
