My practice welcomes people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, faiths, and lived experiences. I was raised in an activist family and have been a life long ally. I have close family and friends who are part of the LGBTQ community. As an experienced therapist, I have had specialized training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. Over the years, I’ve supported people with everyday stress to people with complex trauma. My approach is down-to-earth and supportive. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths.
