The work I do with clients is centered on providing first and foremost, a safe space to be seen and heard. I then provide life tools, education, and promote enhancing qualities that bring meaning and value into my clients’ lives. I have worked with a wide-range of individuals ranging from crisis intervention and stabilization to professional development. Having both a personal and clinical understanding of anxiety, ADHD, and the journey of identifying and exploring sexual orientation allows me to identify the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects that are contributing to your symptoms. I have evidenced based strategies for addressing a variety of concerns that keep you from living your life fully. My style of therapy is conversational, I am truly interested in who you are as well as who you want to grow into being.
