Dr. DeMarco previosuly collaborated with grant-funded positions in the Bronx Transgender program through Community Healthcare Network (CHN) in New York, and was the clinical supervisor in the Staten Island LGBT Center’s mental health counseling program.
Michael DeMarco is a licensed marriage and family therapist, board certified clinical sexologist, and psychedelic therapist. Dr. DeMarco has practiced since 2002, specializing initially in clinical sexology and cognitive behavioral therapy, and later psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, specifically with ketamine, since 2021, founding the Psychedelic Institute of Mental Health and Family Therapy.
