Greetings! My name is Michael Rosewood, and I’m the CEO, owner, clinical supervisor, and clinical psychotherapist of my practice, Insightful Connections. I absolutely love working with other folks in the LGBTQ+ family, whether it’s topics regarding sexual orientation, gender identity exploration, internalized homophobia or transphobia, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, coming out, or life transitions. I am here to provide guidance, empathy, and support tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I have unique lived experiences within the trans identity, so I have particular insights into gender identity exploration and I provide competent gender-affirming care without the unnecessary red tape that reduces our access to gender-affirming care. I traveled to Baltimore, MD to attend the National SPARK conference in 2022 to provide psychoeducation to multi-disciplinary professionals, promote protective policy changes for trans folks, and advocate for gender-affirming care for our trans youth on a national scale. I am here not only as a psychotherapist but also as an advocate for our future. At this time, I am only available for psychotherapy services via telehealth.
