I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, phobias, trauma, LGBTQIA+-specific stressors, identity concerns, family-of-origin issues, and various life transitions.
Throughout my career, I have held positions in various settings, including residential services for trauma and substance concerns; partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for OCD and anxiety, depression, and trauma; and outpatient settings, including university-based services and facilitation of support groups for LGBTQIA+ students.
My time spent in these various settings has shaped a therapeutic approach rooted in connection, both to a core sense of Self, as well as to others. Throughout our lives, it can be common to develop strategies to disconnect from a core sense of Self and from others in order to protect ourselves; together, we can be curious about these strategies and begin to explore new opportunities for you to connect with the things that you want for yourself. I bring a relational and curious approach to therapy that draws from evidence-based models of therapy in order to support individuals, couples, and relational systems in working toward personal goals and change.
