Nick Fuentes, MS LPC, LMHC, CST, CPCS, NCC, CCMHC (he/him/none), is a white trans masculine gender queer therapist and supervisor. Nick has been working in the behavioral health community for close to 25 years with experience in direct care and administrative oversight capacities. When Nick opened Modern Path, LLC in 2017 it was his goal to create a space in Atlanta where gender, sexuality and relationship structure minorities would be able to access therapy in a way that minimized the power in the room and centered the experience of the client. Nick is an active member of the American Psychological Association Division 44 Consensual Non-monogamy Taskforce with a role on the Inclusive Education Committee, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and a Coalition Partner of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom. 

In addition to individual counseling Nick provides relationship therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy and is skilled working with relationship structures impacted by CNM, Power Exchange and cisgender/transgender partnerships.

Nick has signed the GALAP pledge, providing free letters and using the informed consent model when supporting clients who choose to access medical interventions as part of their transition.

Nick balances decades of clinical work with a lifetime of being unapologetically radically queer.
