Many of my clients have tried therapy before and are ready to dive deeper with me by using holistic approaches that are trauma informed, somatically-based, and rooted in justice and compassion.
Healing begins when we connect our body, mind, and spirit together. As a Holistic Mental Health Therapist, I process with you and create a space of openness, trust and acceptance. Being a Yoga Therapist, too, I provide various tools to fit your specific needs, such as breathing exercises, meditations, yoga philosophy, and somatic movement. As a trained Ecopsychologist, I offer outdoor ecotherapy sessions to deepen the therapy process and connect with our primal connection to nature… because we ARE nature. Other approaches I utilize are IFS (Parts Work), Compassion Focused Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, and Mindfulness.
Our sessions will be collaborative and conducted in a supportive and caring environment. I believe in the power of community and welcome working with other mind-body practitoners to provide the most well-rounded treatment for you.
