I earned a PharmD from Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana, and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I practice within a Federally Qualified Health Cetner which provides primary care to all patients regardless of orientation, gender, religion, race, or ability to pay. My clinical focus is advancing PrEP screening and access (both oral and injectible PrEP) to all patients as well as STI prevention, screening, and treatment. I also work, in conjunction with primary care physicians and nurse practitioners, to care for patients with chronic diseases, including diabetes and cardiovascular disesases, smoking cessation, and asthma/COPD. I am also the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services and Population Health, where I oversees education for patients and providers as well as advancing access to PrEP and HIV treatment across all clinics.

I am passionate about developing patient relationships to educate and empower her patients to reach optimal health outcomes. I believe every patient matters and in working together as a team with each patient. I am here to listen, respect your preferences, and support you on your journey.
