Hi, I’m Rebecca, a millennial therapist with over 10 years of clinical mental health experience. I am a WPATH certified therapy provider who specializes in trauma-informed talk therapy with LGBTQ+ individuals with gender affirming care. I provide gender affirming letters for surgery.
Those who know me would describe me as warm, relatable and empowering. Collaborative and person-centered is how I would describe my approach. I enjoy working with recovering co-dependents and people pleasers, as well as social workers and healthcare professionals. I love supporting folks with relationship difficulties, challenges with self-esteem, and life transitions. I am also a neuroaffirming provider who supports many folks with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD in my practice.
