I am from Seattle, Wa. I chose a graduate school with a strong focus of inclusion and acceptance. I knew in private practice I was going to primarily focus on couples and sex related issues and it would be unethical to not have a good understanding of the issues the LGBTQ+ community was facing in their relationships and sex lives too.
I believe very strongly in supporting our LGBTQ+ community, especially now.
You’ll find me at rallies, support groups, volunteering at the local high school (where they have just started a LGBTQ+ group, yay!) And in my office you’ll be met with understanding, compassion, support.
