Hi, I’m Regina (she/her), a queer, neurodivergent therapist who believes that healing happens in spaces where you’re truly seen and affirmed. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a healthy dose of irreverence into the therapy room, and I deeply value the trust it takes to show up authentically—especially when the world hasn’t always made space for who you are.
I primarily work with women and nonbinary adults—especially those who are late-diagnosed neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or exploring or living in non-traditional relationships (such as ENM or kink). If you’re untangling trauma, questioning your place in a society that often feels hostile or broken, or just trying to rebuild self-worth in a neurotypical, cis-hetero world—you’re in the right place.
My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all mold. This work isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your values, make meaning, and feel more at home in your own mind and body.
If you’re looking for a therapist who affirms your identity, respects your complexity, and gets what it means to feel like an outsider—I’d be honored to walk with you. Schedule a free consultation so we can chat about whether I’d be a good fit.
