I am a gay man who understands the comfort in being treated by a practitioner who understands the climate of the LGBTQ+ world. I strive to be affirming of people of all backgrounds. I always do my best to explain everything I plan to do with a patient so that they are as informed as possible about the treatment I will be providing – especially in the realm of pelvic health. If someone isn’t comfortable with my treatment plan, I am always happy to pivot and figure out another way we can best treat you!
I focus in my practice on orthopedic (any joints), pelvic health, and chronic pain physical therapy. If you’re having any general aches or pains in any of your body parts, any kind of pelvic floor issue (such as incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, etc), I am happy to work with you!
Chronic pain is another area of interest of mine, I work heavily using breathwork with patients to help calm their nervous system and teach them to live with decreased pain and improved function as well as a higher understanding of their pain that they may not have had prior.
