I am a licensed psychologist practicing in the state of Pennsylvania. I graduated from a counseling psychology program, with training focused on viewing each person as a unique, whole individual. All of my coursework and practical work has placed an emphasis on understanding cultural identities and intersectionality, including but not limited to, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, SES, nationality, ability status, and age. My work as a psychologist, which includes both therapy and psychological testing, is intentional with regards to respecting identity and practicing cultural humility as I learn more about each person’s unique life story. I have tailored my continuing education credits to continue to improve my ability to be a multiculturally competent therapist and have taken courses on topics such as LGBTQ+ mental health, race, and stigma.
