I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and my Master’s of Clinical Social Work Degree from New Mexico Highlands University. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and other related concerns. I am passionate about and specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence, trauma, and LGBTQ+ populations. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I understand how important it is to trust your provider and feel safe expressing your authentic self. Through a mindfulness, strengths-based, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Relational Cultural Therapy lens, I emphasize an individual’s strengths and natural supports to overcome life’s challenges. I currently provide individual, family, and couples therapy to all ages and demographics.
