I am a Family Medicine physician completing residency training at the Florida State University College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. My clinical interests include comprehensive LGBTQ+ primary care, HIV medicine, sexual health, and preventive care.
My residency training has included a dedicated HIV Medicine track as well as clinical experience in LGBTQ+ and HIV-focused settings, including Care Point Health & Wellness Center, Bond Community Health Center, and the Leon County Department of Health. I have experience providing longitudinal primary care for people living with HIV and prescribing HIV prevention services, including PrEP. I also provide STI screening, treatment and prevention; doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (Doxy-PEP) when appropriate; sexual health counseling; and routine preventive and chronic disease care.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based, relationship-centered care that recognizes LGBTQ+ patients as whole people rather than reducing their health needs to sexual orientation, gender identity, HIV status, or sexual health. I believe strong primary care depends on trust, curiosity, shared decision-making, and making patients feel genuinely comfortable bringing their full selves into the exam room.
