I identify as an LGBTQ+ ally, and bring both lived experience and professional expertise into my practice. My clinical approach is informed by a deep understanding of how systemic oppression, discrimination, and minority stress impact mental and physical health outcomes in LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I have attended several trainings on Gender-affirming care, mental health support, including care for anxiety, depression, trauma, and minority stress, transgender and nonbinary care navigation, and inclusive reproductive and fertility care. I am listed on Inclusivetherapist.com and completed the SafeZone+ training while training and working at George Mason University.
