Greetings! My name is Xochitl (ze/zir), I am queer and agender, and have been working with my community since the start of my career. I have worked with people across the lifespan at different stages of their gender and sexual orientation journey and have provided support in accessing and advocating for services, as well as writing gender affirmation surgery letters. I have taken courses on best practices with LGBTQIA2S+ folks and have also facilitated trainings and workshops on this topic.
