I am a queer, mixed Asian American art therapist, born and raised in SF. I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and transform through talk therapy and art therapy—especially queer and trans folks of color, the API community, and young people navigating big life transitions. I’ve spent a lot of time working with teens and young adults dealing with identity issues, perfectionism, feeling the weight of social media, struggling with body image, and working through trauma. As a queer-affirming therapist, my priority is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—exactly as you are. I understand that LGBTQ+ experiences are diverse, and I approach each session with openness, respect, and a commitment to affirming your identity. Whether you’re navigating coming out, exploring gender identity, dealing with family dynamics, or just looking for a therapist who truly gets it, I’m here to listen without judgment. Therapy should be a place where you don’t have to educate or justify yourself—it should be where you find validation, healing, and empowerment. I offer telehealth and in-person talk and art therapy sessions in Walnut Creek.
