I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, an AASECT certified sex therapist and a certified supervisor of sex therapy. I completed my graduate training through Boston University School of Social Work in 1995 and have maintained a private practice since 2003. My post graduate trainings have focused on work with couples and families. Some of my clinical interests include working with those experiencing major life transitions, LGBTQ + relationships, those exploring ethical non-monogamy, and survivors of sexual abuse reclaiming their erotic and sexual desire. I have been an instructor in sex therapy through The South Shore Sexual Health Center since 2015. I also co-facilitated sexual attitude reassessment programs through the Center for Sexual Health and Pleasure from 2010-2015. In addition to my clinical, supervisory, and consultation practice, I have also had the pleasure of lecturing nationally and internationally on topics related to relational therapy, sexuality, LGBTQ + elders, problematic sexual behavior, as well as consent, psychotherapy practice, and intimacy.
