I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW, an AASECT certified sex therapist and certified supervisor of sex therapy. I completed my graduate training through Boston University in 1995 and obtained an MSW. I have maintained a supervisory and private practice since 2006. My post graduate trainings have focused on clinical work with couples, families, psychological trauma, and substance use disorders. My primary clinical interests include working with LGBT + relationships, ethical non-monogamy, BDSM/kink, and survivors of sexual abuse and assault who are reclaiming their erotic and sexual desire, as well as life transitions. I am a former instructor in sex therapy through The South Shore Sexual Health Center, where I taught from 2015 through 2025. I also co-facilitated sexual attitude reassessment programs through the Center for Sexual Health and Pleasure from 2010-2015. In addition to my clinical, supervisory, and consultation practice, I have also had the pleasure of lecturing nationally and internationally on topics of relational therapy, BDSM/kink, LGBTQ + sexualities and clinical practice, LGBTQ + elders and sexuality, and various topics concerning sexual health, consent, psychotherapy, and intimacy.
