Ally Green, MS, MPH, RD is committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive, and respectful nutrition care. Her practice is grounded in a weight-inclusive, non-diet framework that recognizes how systems of oppression, stigma, and marginalization, including homophobia, transphobia, and fatphobia, impact relationships with food, body, and health.
Ally works with LGBTQ+ clients across a range of identities and experiences, including individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, GI conditions, and body image concerns. She approaches care with an emphasis on autonomy, consent, trauma-informed practice, and honoring each client’s lived experience. Ally is intentional about using inclusive language, respecting pronouns and gender identities, and creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe discussing how identity, stress, and social context intersect with nutrition and health.
