As a licensed therapist in Colorado, I help people who feel stuck in anxiety spirals, burnt out from trying to do everything right, and unsure of who they are when they aren’t performing. I work with adults, couples, families, and teens (13+) and specialize in LGBTQ+ identities and neurodivergence, including ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. I also have specialized training and experience in supporting individuals and couples who are late-diagnosed or identified neurodivergent.
I balance practical support with meaningful exploration. You’ll learn concrete strategies for everyday life to support anxiety, adapt to stress, and strengthen communication and self-understanding. We’ll also make space for the deeper emotions, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your relationships, your sense of self, and what you believe you’re capable of.
Much of our work is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel unacceptable, too much, or not enough. Together we can understand what you’ve learned from the past and build new, authentic ways of relating to yourself and others, working toward the confidence and self-trust to navigate life without abandoning yourself in the process.
As a queer person with ADHD, I know how much it matters to have a therapist who understands the complex emotions and relationship dynamics that can come with these experiences. You deserve a space where your identity and experiences can be held, without having to educate your therapist.
