I am Christina (she/her), a late-diagnosed ADHDer, eldest daughter, and the founder of Weave The Path Psychotherapy, my solo practice. My practice is a depth-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming space for adults navigating identity, late-in-life discovery, and healing within complex systems. I identify as a member of the neurodivergent community and operate from an intersectional, feminist perspective, believing that therapy is inherently political and inseparable from social justice. My work centers on unmasking the “you” that was often traded for safety or societal acceptance. I provide a gender-affirming, queer-allied space where identity is celebrated rather than pathologized, specializing in helping LGBTQ+ individuals navigate the intersections of neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism) and identity exploration while unlearning shame-based narratives.
With over a decade of experience, including previous leadership as a Chief Clinical Officer, I hold specialized certifications to ensure high-impact, equitable care. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I move away from neurotypical “productivity” standards toward radical self-acceptance. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I offer weight-neutral, Health at Every Size (HAES®) informed care that supports body autonomy and liberation for all identities. My approach utilizes Psychodynamic and Narrative frameworks to process family trauma, emotionally immature parenting, and systemic power structures. To align my practice with my values of collective liberation, a portion of every session fee is donated to mutual aid, such as the East Nashville Care Market. Whether through talk therapy, walk-and-talk sessions, or intuitive tools like tarot, my goal is to help you build a life that feels solid, sovereign, and true.
