I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), and I earned my Master’s in Counseling from New York University. I take a holistic, multi-theory approach to therapy, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the healing process. I believe that when one part of us is struggling, it affects the whole person, which is why I focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of emotional pain.
My approach is collaborative and individualized. I understand that no single therapeutic method works for everyone, so I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs, identities, values, strengths, and goals. I draw from multiple theories and adapt our work together based on what feels most supportive and effective for you in the moment.
I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your authentic self. I am especially passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a pansexual clinician, I bring both personal understanding and professional commitment to supporting diverse identities and lived experiences. I view differences as strengths and aim to honor each person’s individuality.
I’m deeply curious about the human experience—why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. Together, we’ll look beyond surface-level concerns to uncover deeper insights, helping you move toward greater self-awareness, balance, and fulfillment. My goal is to support you in building a meaningful life rooted in wellness and authenticity.
