Therapy is an invitation to look inward, unraveling patterns that have silently shaped us, guiding us to deeper self-awareness.
I create a nurturing environment where clients can uncover truths about themselves, while considering the larger systems that influence their lives. Through intentional questions, I guide them toward clarity and healing. Outside of therapy, I reconnect with my own spirit through nature — running with my puppy or grounding myself in yoga by the ocean.
