My approach is solution-focused, practical, and shame-free. I’m sex-positive, trans-friendly, and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and disability experiences. I also understand many of the unique pressures faced by single parents, college students, and working professionals trying to balance overwhelming demands.
In our work together, I aim to create a space where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without fear of judgment. My style is empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, and DBT. Rather than focusing only on problems, we work on building skills and insight to help you navigate your unique circumstances.
My practice is online-only, allowing me to work with clients anywhere in Washington and Utah via TeleHealth. I strive to keep therapy accessible and flexible, offering sliding-scale options when possible.
