Hey there, I’m Hannah and I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist passionate about creating a space where individuals can show up authentically without fear of judgment, pressure, or needing to fit into anyone else’s expectations. My work is grounded in empathy, affirmation, curiosity, and deep respect for lived experience. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and human.
I work from a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating identity exploration, trauma, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-worth, and life transitions. I strive to provide gender-affirming care and a supportive environment where identity, values, relationships, and lived experiences can be explored safely and openly, especially when family systems, cultural expectations, or past experiences have complicated that process.
I care deeply about supporting individuals strengthen self-validation, build supportive relationships and community, navigate shame or rejection, and develop a stronger sense of identity and belonging. I am also passionate about working with individuals exploring nontraditional relationships, relational dynamics, and alternative ways of building connection, intimacy, and family.
My clinical interests include trauma, attachment and relational patterns, neurodivergence, identity development, and nervous system regulation. I utilize an eclectic and trauma-informed approached while integrating tools and interventions mainly derived from CBT, DBT, parts work/IFS, and ACT. I am actively pursuing additional LGBTQIA+ affirming trainings and continuing education to further support the populations I work with.
Outside of sessions, you can probably find me enjoying the outdoors, attempting to master the yo-yo (progress pending), or wandering through thrift stores looking for hidden gems. I value curiosity, authenticity, imperfection, and the courage it takes to keep learning and growing.
If starting therapy feels intimidating, that makes sense. There is no need to have everything figured out before reaching out. My hope is to offer a space where healing, self-understanding, and growth can happen at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and authentic.
Warmly,
Hannah
