I am a queer, cis-woman, and have supported LGBTQIA+ adults and teens for more than 10 years, and a licensed clinical social worker and therapist for more than 5 years. I provide gender-affirming care, ongoing individual therapy, and coordinated care with other providers through a 100% virtual platform. I currently see patients in Washington State, and I accept Premera, First Choice, and Lifewise insurance.
Clients who find most success working with me are interested in addressing trauma(s), would like to work on relational dynamics within their systems (familial, social, and political), and are curious about how various parts of themselves show up in the world, and are working to build more compassion and sustainability in their lives.
