I am a queer, nonbinary mental health counseling associate with a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals. I believe that every person who enters the therapy space is capable of discovering the solutions they need to heal and grow. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, health, culture, life experiences, and values all interact to inform how we move through the world. My approach is holistic, recognizing that meaningful and lasting change often comes from understanding the whole person rather than focusing on symptoms alone. Rather than making assumptions, I strive to understand how your identities, relationships, values, and communities shape your story and work collaboratively to provide care that honors those experiences.
My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered principles. I developed my skills in these approaches during my time interning with Indiana University Indianapolis Counseling and Psychological Services, where I worked with many LGBTQIA+ students navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and systemic barriers to gender-affirming care as I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. Together, we’ll develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behavioral patterns — not to eliminate uncomfortable experiences, but to understand them with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, stress, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the people who matter most. Together, we can create space for healing, meaningful change, and a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and authentic.
