Hi! I’m a queer Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New York, providing virtual therapy for LGBTQIA+ adults and couples. I specialize in supporting clients as they navigate identity exploration, relationships (including monogamous and non-monogamous dynamics), and the impact of stress, anxiety, and societal pressure. Many of the people I work with are looking for a space where they can feel understood, supported, and more grounded in who they are.
In my work, I support clients in exploring the patterns, thoughts, and emotional responses that shape their relationships with themselves and others. Often, these patterns developed for important reasons, and therapy offers an opportunity to better understand them and shift what is no longer working. I take a collaborative, relational approach that centers your lived experience and strengths.
My clinical approach integrates attachment-focused therapy, emotionally focused work with individuals and couples, mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and cognitive-behavioral strategies. Sessions are active, reflective, and tailored to what feels most supportive and usable in your daily life.
My goal is to help you build greater self-trust, emotional clarity, and more authentic and connected relationships. I aim to provide a space that feels affirming, steady, and engaged, where you can explore what matters to you and move toward the life and relationships you want.
I currently offer virtual therapy for clients located in New York. For additional information and scheduling, please visit my Alma page. I look forward to working with you.
