I’m the Founder and Clinical Director of Our Landing Place. I specialize in relationship therapy for monogamous and non-monogamous partners, sex therapy, and provide case consultation and business coaching for therapists and mental health workers.
I believe that connection is what helps us to heal and grow. My practice is based on building an authentic connection with you in order to help you become empowered to reach your goals.
I grew up in England but have travelled and lived all over the world. I moved to Canada in my early twenties and have lived in Ontario, British Columbia and Prince Edward Island. My wife and I love exploring Canada’s beauty by hiking with our dog and going on road trips whenever possible. We’re avid travellers, with a long list of places across the globe that we hope to explore. In my downtime, you’ll find me in the kitchen experimenting with new plant-based recipes, sipping hot chocolate while snuggled up with a good book, playing music, gardening and spending time with loved ones.
I am grateful to live, work and play on unceded traditional Epekwitk Mi’kmaq land, working with clients across Great Turtle Island and I use she/her pronouns. I pride myself on providing a welcoming, positive, and knowledgeable space for LGBTQ2IA+, BIPOC, HIV+, Neurodiverse, Sex Worker, Kink, and Poly folks. I continuously work on my allyship by listening to and learning from folks with lived experiences different than my own, actively engaging in communities, and ongoing self-reflection.
I approach therapy through an integrative, intersectional, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed, feminist and attachment-based lens. I tailor each session to your unique needs, not just in terms of who you are as a human, but also to meet you where you are in every session and interaction that we have.
My areas of focus are:
Couples and Partners
