I believe that growth is a result of community care, collaboration, mutual respect and understanding. My practice is based on the belief that you are the expert on your life, and I have tools, resources and skills that will help you find your personal path from where you are now to where you want to be.
I have a deep love of travel and experiencing different cultures. I have lived in 3 different provinces in Canada and have spent time in the UK and New Zealand. I have also travelled to China and various parts of the USA. I love exploring outdoor hot springs in BC, kayaking, sailing, spending time with lovers, friends, my cats, and building community.
I acknowledge my settler heritage and am humbled to be able to live, work and play on the unceded Sinixt, Ktunaxa, and Sylx territories. I go by she/her or they/them. I am affirming of gender, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, varying relationship structures, BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ individuals.
My areas of focus are:
• Relationships
• Gender and sexuality
• Neurodiversity
• Kink, consent and boundary work
