My work sits at the intersection of neurodivergence, trauma, and queerness— holding space for the particular exhaustion that comes from a lifetime of hiding, masking, or being too much for the rooms you were in. I specialize in supporting queer and LGBTQ+ adults, neurodivergent and highly sensitive women, and those whose identities and experiences exist beyond the binary through neuro-affirming EMDR and somatic trauma therapy.
