Andrea Patterson, M.D., (she/her/hers) is a fouth generation Hoosier and currently is specializing in psychiatry at IU’s residency program in Vincennes. She is cofounder of the Pride Clinic in Vincennes, IN that provides affirming mental health care as well as hormone therapy. She was both a presenter and moderator at the 2023 LGBTQ+ Healthcare Conference in Indianapolis, with her poster presentation When Good Intentions Aren’t Enough: A Brief Educational Intervention to Increase Comfort with Gender Affirming Care among Clinicians in Rural Indiana. She is a proud member of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health).
