I am a pre-doctoral psychology fellow at Intersect Clinical Services, where I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a queer & neurodivergent affirming clinician, I approach therapy with cultural humility, curiosity, and a relational lens. I am deeply committed to providing affirming, client-centered care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities.
My approach is collaborative and reflective, grounded in relational-cultural therapy and informed by trauma-sensitive, anti-oppressive frameworks. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe bringing their full, authentic selves—without the burden of overexplaining their identities or experiences. Together, we explore patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, and relational dynamics, fostering greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
Beyond my clinical work, I was a research assistant at the Yale School of Public Health and the LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative, where I contributed to projects focused on intersectionality, stigma-related distress, and resilience among gender, sexual, and racial minoritized populations. This work informs my therapeutic practice and reinforces my commitment to intersectional, equity-oriented care.
I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients exploring gender and sexual identity, navigating cultural and familial expectations, and seeking to build more authentic relationships—with themselves and others.
