I work with people from all walks of life who are ready to look inward, explore patterns, and make meaningful change. As a queer person, I prioritize mutual respect and openness as a cornerstone of my work. I am open to short-term (affirmation letter needs, etc) and long-term therapy needs. In addition to individuals, also work with couples, poly/non-normative relationships, families, and youth! As of summer 2026, I will have an art therapy certificate as well, so I would love to incorporate that work if you are interested!
Together, we’ll address your goals—whether that’s managing symptoms, improving relationships, or finding a greater sense of purpose and peace. I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Because diagnoses are never one-size-fits-all, I approach mental health as a specific set of experiences in a complex world. I show up as my genuine self to show that therapy can truly be for anyone. I’m ready to work together to make your life feel like a place you want to be.
I prioritize taking a “real” and flexible approach to encourage a safe and open space to share. I love to hear all of the weird, dark, silly, normal, boring, you-name-it thoughts. I am able to provide a unique perspective, a guiding hand, and beyond based on your needs. Please show up as yourself and only yourself. We can go from there!
If you have any questions, want to know more, or want to gauge compatibility, please don’t hesitate to reach out and schedule a consultation! Please note that I only provide telehealth services.
