I do my best work with adults who are challenging themselves to increase self-awareness, heal from past hurts, grow in current relationships, and prioritize their emotional and mental health needs. I regularly work with Individuals who are working towards building self-confidence and are experiencing anxiety, depression, religious trauma, interpersonal issues, attachment concerns, PTSD, and women-specific concerns.
I believe connection, positive relationships, and kindness to ourselves is the best way we can learn and heal. I operate from a strengths-based approach and enjoy utilizing humor and positive self-talk as we work together to create tailored, sustainable solutions. I offer a safe space to process and identify personal goals, as well as support as you take steps towards those goals.
Life can try us in unexpected ways and while we aren’t meant to go through it alone, sometimes feeling connected to ourselves and each other can feel like an insurmountable task. I am able to walk with you through what challenges you face and help you identify a path forward.
