I help lactating individuals, and their families, overcome self-doubt, societal stigma, and physical pain barriers so they can feel empowered to feed with complete confidence. I believe that care should be for everyone, and that everyone deserves support on their body feeding/chestfeeding/breastfeeding journeys. I offer a safe space for clients to be heard and seen, and deliver problem-specific solutions that work for them and their families. I’m a fierce believer in the power of people and their bodies, and that when we help to empower and educate lactating people, we make life a bit happier/easier. My pronouns are She/Her/Hers. I’m a life long ally of the LGBTQ community, and I’m always striving to educate myself so I can best serve all families.
