I’m a queer multiracial therapist passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and trauma survivors with an approach rooted in the sincere belief that you are the expert on your own life. I use both somatic and cognitive therapies, to assist you in connecting with why and how you react to the world around you. I’m licensed in Washington and Ohio.
Specializing in support of ADHD and Autism as a dual-diagnosis. Former yoga instructor (200-hour).
