I am a queer, multiply neurodivergent, Acadian settler with Mi’kmaq lineage living on the Haldimand Tract (Kitchener) in Ontario, Canada. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I hold space for those navigating the layered experiences of trauma, identity, and ancestral memory. My practice centers the wisdom of the body as a site of resilience, resistance, and reconnection. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent Two-Spirit, gender expansive and LGBTIA+ folks who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, connection to their nervous system regulation, to shift patterns rooted in survival, and expand capacity for resistance and resiliency.
Together through the lens of Somatic Experiencing®, we explore sensation, movement, and breath as pathways back to self-trust and embodiment. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally rooted, and consent-based—guided by clinical training, appreciation for people’s ancestral knowing and the expertise of their own bodies.I try to provide a space for your full self, to gently unravel and reclaim and a space to explore the non-linear journey of healing. I provide in-person and virtual services and am not approved for personal sessions or consultations for the SEP training program.
