I take a holistic approach to individuals care and treatment. That includes being mindful and understanding of all aspects when it comes to one’s physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual health. They all are an important part of the process and I don’t want either neglected. I am happy to work with other providers to assist in individuals recovery.

I view a counselors role as someone who creates a non judgmental space for others to be validated, listened, and understood. Using their knowledge to help others identify the source to their suffering, reduce pain and promote healing through learned knowledge.
