I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides virtual therapy for adults, couples, and families across South Carolina and Idaho. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to take ownership of their stories.
Throughout my career, I have worked with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including relationship challenges, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, family conflict and rejection, and trauma particularly in the context of adoption, foster care, and broader family contexts. Many of the clients I work with are navigating questions of identity, belonging, grief and loss, self-worth, trust, intimacy, and family relationships. My practice is informed by an understanding of how early relational experiences can shape emotional well-being throughout adulthood.
I am trained in Brainspotting, a brain-body therapy that can help in the processing of distressing experiences, and have experience working with couples/romantic groups and families as well. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship structures, cultural backgrounds, and family experiences. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection to ensure my practice remains inclusive, affirming, and responsive to the needs of the communities I serve.
